The introduction to Tailor Maid was very thorough and it was clear what services were being offered. I got in touch after being recommended by someone whose Dad was care for.
I felt it was a very personable service and they wanted to know all about Mums life, her family – really so they could get to know her better – almost like a friend coming to care for you. I felt that the carers were highly trained and exceptionally caring towards Mum. They let me know asap of anything that was running out or items that should be purchased. I would definitely recommend your service to others.
